The Story of RumbleBuzz
Kristy spent 20 years progressively moving through SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment marketing, ultimately designing programs that encouraged seasonal visitation from locals and tourists. Throughout her tenure she oversaw loyalty, partnerships, promotions and was embedded in digital marketing. During this time she began working with Andrea, one of the team's most strategic and competent young hires.
Later, after a year of consulting with ZooTampa, Kristy was asked to join the team as the Chief Marketing Officer, and she had the opportunity to lure Andrea back to Tampa as Director of Communications.
When the opportunity presented itself for Kristy and Andrea to partner again - the decision was easy - and RumbleBuzz was born.

Kristy is an established marketing executive with nationally recognized theme park marketing and event experience. She demonstrates a proven ability to create customer demand via immersive brand experiences. Kristy is an accomplished marketing strategist and visionary, as well as an expert project manager who creates brand boosting features. She is experienced in the art of increasing revenue via clever and non-traditional consumer spending opportunities. Past experience includes Sea World Parks & Entertainment, Visit Orlando, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, XFL Tampa Bay Vipers, and Warrior Games.

From launching roller coasters and opening Hotels to overseeing Nic Wallenda walk the Orlando Eye and securing a national televised (Disney +) series for ZooTampa – Andrea brings nearly 10 years of marketing and public relations experience to RumbleBuzz. Through alluring aesthetics, captivating content, and influencer & tastemaker collaborations, she's successfully grown engagement and attracted sponsors for her hospitality clients. With experience in theme parks and destination marketing organizations, Andrea has a comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing, methodically incorporating social media, sales, promotions, digital marketing and sponsorship aspects to elevate communication strategies. Past experience includes SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Visit Orlando, Los Angeles Tourism, Merlin Entertainments, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Strategic Property Partners.
Naydaliz
Naydaliz brings a plethora of PR and social media experience to RumbleBuzz, from documenting the birth of koala joeys for People magazine to overseeing production on a national TV show and booking food segments on morning shows. She’s obsessed with trends, pop culture, and storytelling that makes audiences actually connect with brands.
Naydaliz manages social media for Water Street Tampa, Sparkman Wharf, Tampa Theatre, and more creating engaging, shareable, media-worthy content. Her posts, blogs, and influencer collaborations drives real engagement, reservations, and conversions for clients.
Pronounced Nay-duh-lease, she thrives on keeping content fresh, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
Katie
Katie turns big ideas into bold, scroll-stopping campaigns. At RumbleBuzz, she led the full rebrand of Incredible Food and Fun, from brand identity and focus groups to C-suite presentations, making the vision come alive at every level. She’s also shaped brand identities for Proper House concepts—including Rooster & the Till, Alter Ego, and Ash—and drove the advertising rollout for Smoky Night Lights at Zoo Knoxville.
Before RumbleBuzz, she built her career in sports marketing with the Indiana Pacers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers and led sponsorship programs for the Olympics, NFL, NCAA, MLB, and NBA. Known for her creativity, agility, and hands-on problem-solving, Katie thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution—turning ideas into experiences people remember.
Sarah
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Sarah keeps her finger on the pulse of what’s current and is always in tune with the latest event trends.
She recently worked on the city’s premiere holiday event, Season Spectacular at Water Street Tampa, in addition to Tampa’s newest elevated Halloween experience, Whispers After Dark. Her past work spans everything from planning and executing USO tours with artists like Toby Keith and Lil Jon, to producing premium, industry-leading events for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to designing large-scale family-friendly Halloween events for thousands, and coordinating intimate, beautifully detailed weddings.
Sarah’s range, creativity, and calm under pressure make her the go-to for events that need to feel polished, memorable, and completely on-brand.
Hannah
Hannah is an event creator with a knack for turning ideas into buzzworthy experiences. At RumbleBuzz, she’s behind some of Tampa’s most talked-about events, from Winter Wonder Wharf and 813 Day to Halloween at Sparkman Wharf. Always tuned into trends and what audiences actually want, Hannah crafts events that go beyond logistics, she designs moments people remember. Whether it’s a waterfront festival, a branded activation, or an experience for families, young professionals, or Gen Z, she blends creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to make every event share-worthy.
