March Rumblings🐝: W is for Women

Welcome to Rumblings, our monthly pulse check on what’s buzzing online, on-screen, and in the group chat. March is all about connection, and this year, that includes celebrating Women’s History Month. From The Staples Queen’s tips and tricks and turning team members into on-camera storytellers, to hosting IRL moments in unexpected everyday spaces and embracing the audiobook era as audiences look to liven up their routines, we’re leaning into conversational content that feels off-the-cuff while still being strategic and intentionally amplifying the women leading the way.

RumbleBuzz started on a napkin in a coffee shop, two women and a dream. A mentor and her mentee sketching out what would become a bold, female-founded agency built on big ideas and even bigger belief in each other.

This International Women’s Day, we’re reflecting on the power of women’s voices whether they’re in the boardroom, behind the scenes, and in every corner of culture. As a proudly woman-owned company, amplifying those voices isn’t a campaign for us. It’s the foundation.

We honor the women who challenge us, inspire us, and move industries forward. We’re committed to empowering our team and our partners to lead confidently, create unapologetically, and take up space. And through our clients’ work, we advocate for representation that doesn’t just include women, it elevates them.

And because results matter: as the 2026 Winter Olympics wrapped in Milan, Team USA earned 12 gold medals and 8 of them won by women. When women are given the platform, they deliver.

Here’s to strong women - may we know them, may we be them, and may we support one another every step of the way.
